Zig Ziglar said “Every choice you make has an end result.” Are you getting the results that you want? If not, then you need to analyze the choices you are making and decide if new choices, different choices, need to be made.
Lead generation is always one of those areas where we’d like results to be better, stronger and more consistent. Are you getting the leads you want? If not, change your current course of action.
Activity that will amp up your results
Commit to performing a lead generating activity every day for the next 30 days and see what results come from this activity. For example, you might want to make 10 prospecting calls each day. If you do this, you'll be speaking to 50 more people you're not speaking with now. That’s 200 more people per month. And who knows all the good that will come of it! You’ll get your name out there and make connections.
It's the commitment that counts, because from the commitment flows the action. To improve your outcomes and generate leads, make only warm calls. Ask people you already know to refer you to others in their network.
Of course, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, but we certainly cannot expect the result we want if we are not doing all we can to affect the outcome.
