Home loan rates hit an all-time low this week according to Freddie Mac. Have we hit the bottom?

This past week, three very Bond-friendly events took place, but Bonds and home loans rates have not improved further. Stocks have enjoyed their best month since 1974, up 13%.

Next week we are tracking unemployment claims and seeing the impact of some states opening up portions of their economies. But the big news of next week will be April's Jobs Report, due out on Friday.
